If a claim is rejected and can be corrected with available information, we’ll correct it and resubmit. If we need more documentation to get the claim paid, we will communicate the missing information with service management and collect the items needed.

This is determined on a case-by-case basis. However, provided all the set-up information is complete, accurate, and timely, set-up can occur within as little as 3 business days.

Plans start at $1595 CAD per month regardless of the number or dollar amount of warranty claims you have each month. That’s less than the cost of one full-time employee.

That depends. If the images for warranty claims are stored electronically on each repair order, we would need access to your DMS. If they are not stored electronically, advisors must email us images and documents necessary to submit warranty claims for payment.

We would also require access to our DMS for our additional services, such as assigning labor operation codes in repair orders, updating technician labor time, and closing repair orders.

Additionally, we would need access to your dealership’s HACC portal to submit warranty claims for you.

A daily spreadsheet of all problem claims will be sent detailing deficiencies and requesting the appropriate remediating action. You always have a current view of what is needed.

Yes, we work a schedule and provide a comprehensive monthly summary of outstanding schedule dollars and claims issues.

No. However, we include a warranty schedule adjustment report for your accounting department to follow at month-end. Please feel free to contact us; we would happily accommodate your needs.

We can, but the choice is yours. Some dealers would like us to work directly with the automotive manufacturer representative and keep them included in the communication. Other dealers would like us to put all the information regarding warranty claim issues together so they can connect with the rep.
